Registering Satellite Dish--FCC filing system has crashed

If you are trying to file your radio station's satellite dish registration today (deadline), the FCC filing system has crashed. Just spoke to someone at the FCC (11:45 a.m. 10/16/2018) and she told me they are "working on it."
